We only stayed here briefly, the staff were very kind and helpful. Convenient location for the food markets and shops. The property itself is quite dated and in desperate need of a refurb, and the breakfast buffet isn't great. The pool is quite small with very limited seating around it.
This place is a joke. They only have 2 elevators that service the entire hotel, 1 was shut down during the stay. In addition, they charged me a fine for a stain on a towel that was equal to 15% of my stay. I had to wait for 15 minutes to check out so they could fully inspect my room. They do this so they can slap customers with ridiculous fees upon check out. What a SCAM
Terrible pricing policy, booked through Agoda, and everything was ok, I didn't receive a mail from them for an additional fee, then on the check in they requested 4000 PHP more, or we lost all
The place the hotel is located is one of the worst I stayed in Cebu.
Well, it 4.30 AM and so far we have had the Joy of 1 hour of churchsong... And other music untill 01 AM... And we are told that it's just to bad, aaaand that There will be another sleepless night this sunday...
Because we bought online, There is No way to rebook / get money back, to find another place...

Rooms are ok, service from staff is fine/good though, besidde this problem.

20 story hotel, with only two relative small elevator servicing it, so expect to wait a lot to get around at the hotel...
