Excellent stay, and loved the free room upgrade (as Radisson member), loved that it's just beside SM mall as well. Though a wee bit disappointed that there is no ala carte option in Feria (only buffet). I don't know if it was because I have my daily breakfast a bit late (usually arrive 9am to 930am), but most of the food (even coffee) were already warm or lukewarm (not hot) by then.

Nice place to stay, we enjoyed the place so much, the breakfast buffet and the pool. The hotel is near shopping mall, SM mall.

My check-in business class lounge matron Sir Jun is excellent in all respects. I've stayed at this hotel frequently for the last 4 years and he has gone above and beyond the basics of the hospitality standards.
I need to add that he is just one of the lounge staff that deserves accolades.
