Review of Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu

We stayed in Cebu for 2 Nights . Hotel seemed very nice and clean . Hallways and rooms smelled like mould. My friend came back from our canoeing trip and noticed she was missing clothes from her bag and assumed she left it at home . When we got back to her apartment the item of clothing was not there and we confirmed our suspicions that someone in the hotel had gone through her bag . The item missing was a pair of lulu lemon shorts. They are very expensive . These items can be replaced but the feeling of someone in your bag really worried and upset us as what else could be taken . I emailed the hotel twice to talk to them and no one has gotten back to me . We do not want anything in return just to notify the hotel of their staffs actions.

Very good staff, service and it is value for money. The location is excellent for shopping and to access anywhere in Cebu.

Jun, Pau & Juliet Provide World-class Service
I travel the world a lot for business and stay in 100s of different hotels. And I can confidently say the service at Radisson Cebu is the best in the world!

Excellent stay, and loved the free room upgrade (as Radisson member), loved that it's just beside SM mall as well. Though a wee bit disappointed that there is no ala carte option in Feria (only buffet). I don't know if it was because I have my daily breakfast a bit late (usually arrive 9am to 930am), but most of the food (even coffee) were already warm or lukewarm (not hot) by then.
