Last year I stayed with Radisson blue for 5 nights & this year a total of 4 night in between flying to Surigao & back to Cebu .

Staff polite , welcoming & friendly . My only comments were the check in reception has a very long queue when I arrived . There were 3 lines but only 2 staff serving , & no one manages the queue , guest were moving from one line to another . So this could be managed efficiently maybe ??

Apart from that , it’s a beautiful hotel , love the lobby & high ceiling .
Room facilities the usual for a 4 star hotel :

Safe
TV
Coffee & tea
Room spacious & cleaned
Sleepers
but no bathrobe for a 4 star ?? ( surprise about this as it will be useful when you use the pool . You should not request for it , it should be ready in your room .

I like the breakfast , plenty of selections .

The pool looks beautiful but haven’t had a chance to use it ..busy with other business .

Over all I have a comfortable stay with you Radisson blu .

We stayed in Cebu for 2 Nights . Hotel seemed very nice and clean . Hallways and rooms smelled like mould. My friend came back from our canoeing trip and noticed she was missing clothes from her bag and assumed she left it at home . When we got back to her apartment the item of clothing was not there and we confirmed our suspicions that someone in the hotel had gone through her bag . The item missing was a pair of lulu lemon shorts. They are very expensive . These items can be replaced but the feeling of someone in your bag really worried and upset us as what else could be taken . I emailed the hotel twice to talk to them and no one has gotten back to me . We do not want anything in return just to notify the hotel of their staffs actions.

Excellent, keep it up, especially the service from rooms, lobby, resto.
All the people are smiling and ready to serve all the hotel goers.
