I would like to commend all the staff at the business lounge for their exceptional service during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
The staff who stood out the most was June. He made sure that all my needs were met, and it was clear that he truly cared about creating a positive experience for guests.
Thank you again and I am looking forward to coming back with my family!

We recently had a fantastic staycation at Radisson Blu, and it was truly memorable. The hotel’s ambiance and service made for a delightful escape. A standout highlight was a dining experience at Feria. The food was exceptional, adding an extra layer of satisfaction to our stay. We have been staying In Radisson everytime my sister comes home from Singapore and we will always go back. The staff and the food is exceptional! Aileen and Theresa from the restaurant have been very helpful and made sure we get the exceptional dining experience. The food is great! Will definitely come back this November for my birthday!
Room tip: The Pool is nice! They have a bar beside the pool too

I like the location of the hotel. Accessible to one of the biggest mall in Cebu, SM City Cebu. It is also near in SM Seaside and Cebu Ocean Park, no traffic at all. This hotel is very convenient if you want to explore more in Cebu. We went to Sto Niño Cathedral and also went to Colon Street Night Market. The staffs were very cheerful. Although our room was a little bit dark during night time and you can hear those noisy vehicles outside the streets. Our stay was great.
Room tip: There is a jeep terminal in SM City Cebu. Which are cheaper. Unlike taxi
