To general manager, Mr Janssen, I would like to congratulate you to have put together a good team in Radisson Blu Cebu.

I’m a strong believer of saying something when things are not good, but also when things are good.

We are very happy with the service. Your concierge is great (I don’t remember the names).
We tried your room service, excellent food. The front office staff are angels!

The housekeeping did a wonderful job and even your security guards were friendly and helpful.
But the ones we met most and are most impressed with are the breakfast team. We had our children with us and they are always the best with children. The waiters/waitresses took so good care of us, giving our babies special child plates which was highly appreciated, and we got all the attention we wanted. The egg chef, Junrex is hardworking and makes delicious eggs exactly the way you want them.
The supervisors Rolando and Ronald are very professional and welcoming.
I must mention your breakfast host, Theresa. Take good care of her. We felt so welcomed and she was so good to our children. I know it’s a hard work being in this kind of job, stressful, screaming children, rude guests etc. But Theresa showed us nothing but love for her job and respect for her guests.

relax stay

Highly recommend

Would highly recommend the Radisson Blu if you are staying in Cebu - the staff and service is incomparable, and the included continental breakfast has such a large selection of food and drink choices. We had direct access to the SM Cebu City Mall, which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms are well maintained and we had a great view of the city and port.

Fantastic hotel with GREAT service all around.

Upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view of Cebu City. Lounge access is fantastic. Breakfast in Feria has great variety with outstanding service. My hotel of choice while in Cebu as I know the service and care are excellent.
Kudos to Lester & Malou & their team on providing great service.
