Excellent Customer Service when you need assistance , Very Helpful Staff and just excellent overall ! Pool Area Resort is very beautiful, outside Fili Hotel the Taxi Rank is very easy to access, Very Respectful Staff Members especially the main receptionist that was mainly assisting me Eunard Thank you all Fili Staff for the amazing experience you accompanied !

We were really pleased with our stay at the Fili Hotel. We supposed to stay there for 2 days only as we wanted to try different places. However, the 2 days stay was great that we decided to book another week after we got back from our island getaway. They have an excellent customer service! The moment you step in, you are greeted with the lovely security people, then you proceed to the receptionist that are so good at their job. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and so helpful. Duane, was the one who helped us checked in and he is awesome! The concierge team are all great, too. I see them everyday just about it and they are always courteous, smiling, while still looking so professional. I’m not very sure of his name but I think it was Swlean that assisted us with our luggages.
We always look forward for breakfast not just because of the delicious foods, but they have the warmest people there. There were mornings that I, or my husband, were not on the mood but going to their cafe just brightens our day. You will be greeted by Jenny and we think she’s the best! She has a lovely smile, so friendly and even helped my husband learned Bisaya. She really did took good care of us, every time we eat. One of the cree members, Jealson, took good care of us. He always find time to stop by and check on us. He is friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice! It was always pleasant to talk to him. They also have, Johny, who was also friendly, nice, and just there always on action when you need something. We will also never forget Ronalyn that worked double at one time. She was great and always smiling. We just love their food and friendly people.
Fili hotel is simply the best! Filipinos are just known to be hospitable, and Fili Hotel just showcased the warmth of every Filipinos. We enjoyed our stay and next time we will be back in Cebu we will still choose Fili Hotel to be our home away from home. It’s worth your money!
