The cleanliness of the room was very good. There was some noise between floors. This is a guest's problem, so I can't comment on anything, but this hotel was very clean and good for the price. Will use it next time. The swimming pool is also very large and well maintained.
Breakfast was good, but I wish there was more variety in the food.

Excellent and strategic place to stay if you want to explore the Tops of Cebu/ Busay Area. Have a nice and very hospitable receptionist, spacious lobby and parking lot, very courteous security, and the best / various choices in your breakfast.

It was an excellent stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Food was superb, and the presentation was excellent as well. Keep up the good work. The staff are very polite and attentive. Overall was 100% excellent.

I have high expectation of this hotel as their branch in Ortigas is super - Customer Service is elegant and excellent!
In Cebu branch, I was expecting even better considering that this is a tourist destination. We arrived 1030am. We asked if there is already an available room and if it's ok to check in earlier. The receptionist said yes but for a fee. We are not used to this as we are usually allowed early check in if room is already available. When we did not agree for a fee, receptionist said that we can check in without a fee if it's already 11am. We were not impressed with the offer because 11am was 30 minutes away from 1030. They can just give to us the room because it's already available. Anyways, we just left our baggage and went out for breakfast and roam around the city. We went back for an actual check in of almost 5pm.
In a casual talk to other hotel staff, we found out that it was not a peak season and that there were few guests that time.
When we checked out, we requested for a late check out. Receptionist said it's not possible as there are other guests checking in the same room we were checked in. Another lame excuse. How can a particular standard room be reserved for another guest. They can offer other room as it's not a peak season.
We were also disappointed that they are charging a PHP 150 per 500 ml water if you ask to replenish the room's free bottled water.
We also did not enjoy the buffet breakfast as there is no danggit and lechon unlike before.
The window lock needs fixing as well. Picture is attached herewith. Their trash bin looks so ordinary - doesn't add to the room's aesthetics.
On the good side, we appreciate that they waive the security deposit. We also appreciate the warm greetings of the staff.
The swimming pool is gorgeous.
I like that they have a responsive clinic also.
For a promo price, I can keep up with this hotel still. I just hope they fix the window lock and any other worn out fixtures.

We have reviewed your experience with the Reception team, with pointers to exercise more resourcefulness and flexibility in handling such cases. Please understand that during low periods, it is customary for hotels to close entire floors for routine maintenance, and at times the turnaround of rooms may be rather tight. We have further noted your comments on the upkeep of the room and the provision of amenities such as bottled water.
Once again we regret your disappointment that the breakfast has not included your preferred items. To explain, we follow a daily menu cycle to ensure variety and certain items may not always be in the spread on certain days.
On a more positive note, we are glad that you enjoyed the pool facilities and ancillary services in the hotel.
