My officemate suggested to eat here before leaving Bacolod. The place is a typical eatery, no aircon, tables and chairs connected and there is a wash area in the middle in case you want to use your hands to eat. after ordering, you have to wait 10-15mins for your chicken to be cooked. We ordered plain and garlic rice and 2 pecho chicken.
The chicken inasal has a distinct taste even without the toyo and calamansi you can just eat them without it. dont forget to put some orange oil to your rice and chicken to add more taste.
Be here around 10am if you want to take your lunch since the place is small, its more likely to get crowded around 11-12nn.
Try visiting Aida's Manukan when in Bacolod, located beside SM.
