My officemate suggested to eat here before leaving Bacolod. The place is a typical eatery, no aircon, tables and chairs connected and there is a wash area in the middle in case you want to use your hands to eat. after ordering, you have to wait 10-15mins for your chicken to be cooked. We ordered plain and garlic rice and 2 pecho chicken.
The chicken inasal has a distinct taste even without the toyo and calamansi you can just eat them without it. dont forget to put some orange oil to your rice and chicken to add more taste.
Be here around 10am if you want to take your lunch since the place is small, its more likely to get crowded around 11-12nn.
Try visiting Aida's Manukan when in Bacolod, located beside SM.

I disagree with the other saying they taste the same as other chicken inasal places in Bacolod. They have a distinct taste in their chicken (maybe in their marinade) that make their inasal taste better than the rest. Tried other food in their menu too - and they were delicious. Cheap local food in Bacolod. Gotta try Aida's in Manokan Country!

This is one of the best places in Manukan Country. Low prices and quality food and taste that Manila can't duplicate. Had Pecha, wings, and Isol as well as a Coke Zero and rice. Some soy sauce, spicy vinegar, kalamansi and chilli pepper and you're good to go....put some chicken oil on your rice and then a dash of salt to bring the flavour out on top of it and the rest is history...

Typical filipino Inasal eatery.

Flavor i would say is the same elsewhere.

If you eat here you are after the traditional atmosphere and ambience of Manokan Country.

For alternatives, i just ate at chickem house and ot taste just the same

Every time I’m in Bacolod I pay homage to their Chicken Inasal. I make a pilgrimage to Aida’s Manokan where they serve the best Chicken Inasal in the world. Aida’s is an institution in Bacolod and you haven’t really been to Bacolod until you ate in Aida’s.
