I communicated directly with the hotel when I made our reservation because I saw where the hotel fronted on a major city street and I wanted to make sure we had a room on the back of the hotel. I felt that I had received that commitment, yet when we checked in, the room we were given was in the front of the hotel facing the road, and the trafffic noise was as I had expected, very bad. We were told that there were no Exectuive Deluxe rear facing rooms (what we have attempted to reserve) available. What we had to settle for was a standard room on a non-executive floor. We did get access to the Executive lounge, but what was available in the Executive Lounge did not compare with what is available at other 4 Star hotels (which is what they advertize themselves as) we have used. The room we got was very small, especially at a rate of 118 Euro/night, and had a bathroom fan that was on all the time and made all kinds of strange noises.
Breakfast in the Executive Lounge consited of cold ceral, yogurt, fruit and yesterday's breads.
Location wise, the hotel may be ideal if you are just looking for a place to sleep and have transportation. There are no tourist sights within walking distance, and only one restaurant.
WiFi though-put and stability were good.More
