cheap and clean. The same standard of all Ibis around the world. Free Internet. The location is about 15minutes walking from sub and train station. The best thing, is that the station como from the international airport, so you dont need spend too much to go there from the airport. About 30-40minutes to the red square. The service is very good, and people speak good english, what is very necessary in Russia.

The only problem is that there is no good market or restaurant close to the hotel(about 15 minutes)

I stayed one week in this hotel for Business purpose. You find what what you want to get when you go in that kind of hotel: standardised facilities and service.

But the real problem of this hotel si the staff, useless and not speaking well English:
very often no one to attend you at the restaurant, or at the bar, difficult to order in English. if you have a request, most probably the staff will be useless. Room service got into my room while I was inside and indicated "Do not disturb" on my door....

Impossible to get a taxi from the airport unless you fill 5 documents, impossible to get a taxi at the hotel door within less than one hour, firts metro station is 30 minutes walk through a very difficult road....

The worse is the staff, not willing to help or solve your issues...

The Ibis hotel in Moscow was basic and provided an OK place to stay during my recent business trip. The rooms are small but have all the amenities you need. The hot food selection at the bar was very poor and the restaurant was not open after 4.00 in the afternoon, very strange! The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station, from where you can get to almost everywhere in the city. The cost is reasonable for this expensive city and is the saving factor when you look back on the stay.

We were a little disappointed with the location, eventhough everyone here says is nice. It's like 10min faraway from the metro station, and I would feel confortable walking there during the night... but during the day is really ok, just not as close as they say, around a 1km or more walking...

The hotel was confortable, very simple, and the people who works there were helpful whenever we needed, but we kind of caught 2 of them making fun of us for some reason, which wasn't nice at all... I only recommend it because everything in Moscow is SO EXPENSIVE that this ends up being an affordable hotel.

One great thing: free wireless internet!
