The room and hotel are nice with one exception. The A/C in the room was not working and the room wouldn't get cool at night the temperature in the room never got below 72F or 22C even when the thermostat was set to 64F. This made it uncomfortable to try to sleep

Good clean and English speaking staff which is helpful during check-in/out, in dining area, front desk, concierge. Very pleased with overall hotel accommodations. I frequently visit Science City area for business. I will stay here again.

Low rating - mainly - as the Chinese Restaurant in 2nd floor was a terrible experience. We was 4 people for a late dinner.

Short Summary:
1) Low/zero english language speaking of the 2-3 the servants handling our table, hard to communicate
2) One female servants was running between the tables, unprofessional behavioir
3) One female servant tried to serve us beer from already OPENED bottle - unused from another table where people had left the table.

Staff is very accommodating, hotel is very nice with nice park to take a walk. However, it appears that maintenance was lacking as the heati/cool system and other things did not work correctly or were breaking down. In addition, the check in software was so poor that it took 25 minutes to change from a 1-night reservation to a 4-night stay! I will stay here again, but they need to work on these issues.

I regret that the heating/cooling system was not working in your room. I have reported this issue to our maintainance team immediately, however I apologize that it wasn't resolved sooner.

 I also took note of your comment in regards to check-in software, I apologize for the inconvenience its caused,we are taking the necessary rectification actions accordingly, to improve the service.

Exceptional hotel. Service and Room Comfort couldn't be any better. Adam (guest relations Manager) is a credit to the hotel. Made the entire Guangzhou experience effortless. Adam and the concierge team helped us to orientate Guangzhou and it wouldn't have been as easy without them.
