We stayed here as part of a Nexus tour - the hotel itself was lovely but the air conditioning was preset and we were unable to lower it - made for a hot sticky nights sleep, thankfully it was only one night. The buffet breakfast was appreciated before our day of sightseeing

The rooms were very clean, great breakfast, free wifi (strong signal),nice shower. Some construction noise, however all of China is currently under construction. Shopping is close by the hotel and convenient.

We were planning to stay at downtown property and ended up being taken to garden property. Very dated property, limited English. Non smoking rooms smelled of smoke and had ash trays. Gym had 6 pieces of 1990s workout equipment and about 12 free weights. Resturant was worse. Out of most menu options and ribs took over 60 minutes to prepare. Limited dining options outside property. Lots of construction and property across the street was being worked on almost all night. Would never return. So many better options are supposed to be available near by and closer to town.

I stayed here as part of a Sinorama Wild China Tour. A very nice hotel but unfortunately you could hear construction noise in your room throughout the night. Not sure I ever got to sleep.
Room was lovely and the bath tub and shower were separate from sink and toilet.
Breakfast was served on the third floor. Lots of Chinese dishes and real short on American breakfast items.

Went with a tour and this was a very nice, neat and clean hotel. Great buffet breakfast was set up early every morning and we found the staff to be very helpful. Even though you are not near a lot of shopping, it is a great place to rest after a long day of touring.
The west lake tour is highly recommended and there are shops by the lake for people to wander in.

Room Tip: Rooms are all good but if you don't like your room they will gladly change it. Just ask.
