It was approximately 10 mins walk from Sapporo station (through Daimaru mall) to the hotel. It makes it easy for people who wants to live near the malls and Sapporo station. I chose this hotel for the last day of my 10-day trip so that i do not have to rush in the morning to get to the airport. They also have a good selection of pillows for you to choose from.

The hotel seems to cater for business traveller more and due to its location right next to the railway station, you would hear a bit of noise from the train track. However, the hotel has equipped the room with a wooden sliding door to keep the noise level down and we have no problem with it. The price is a bit steeper than hotels which i have stayed in Susukino and that could be due to its accessibility to Sapporo station.

Hotel is conveniently located near JR Sapporo station. Hotel is quite new and room is clean but small. Although it is near train tracks, no issue with the noise. Was able to sleep well. Breakfast is fairly basic but adequate.. Bread is nice.

A new and modern hotel, medium size but the bed is in queen size(which is rare in japan)
the staff are helpful n polite!
There is a public hot bath and rest area(with free coffee, comic, vending machine)
However, there are parking fee and quite far away from most shopping and dining area

It is located nearby shopping centres. The room is comfortable but you just have no surprise staying here. Service provided in minimum. If breakfast is charged, you better choose to have it somewhere else for a nicer start of the day.

Overall very satisfied with the room and amendities provided.

Choice of different pillow type is definitely a big bonus point !

However, im pretty disappointed at the breakfast choice --- its basicaly bread, bread and more bread only. Most business hotel in Japan provide simpleJapanese style breakfast (rice, miso soup, fish) but not in this hotel. Whoever is looking forward to a sumptuous breakfast need to think twice.

Overall, I will rate 5★ for the room, 1★ for breakfast.
