The hotel is about 10-12 minutes walk from the shinkansen end of the Hiroshima train station. This is the quieter end as the tram terminus and tourist sights are to the south of the station. The immediate area looks pleasant and safe. The hotel was very helpful in providing a map marking out eateries and convenience stores. On the opposite page there is a useful summary of the kind of hotel information that a guest needs with a picture of the air-con in English. That pamphlet took care of the frequent questions staff might be asked in English because most of them were more comfortable in Japanese. I checked in twice, the first was only for a night and the second for four nights. On the first night (5th Floor), I had a room with opaque windows, and luckily at the second check in, I explained that I suffered from claustrophobia and needed windows that I can see through. Was happy that I had a woman's room which smelt better and looked brighter. Didn't need all the sample lotion and an extra basin for make-up(?) as the latter took up precious space along the counter, but will not complain. Be prepared that the walls are thin and I could hear noises from adjoining rooms but was able to sleep through.

The limousine terminus stop to and from Hiroshima airport is at this north end so it's convenient on disembarking to walk in the direction of Sheraton hotel along the main road. The hotel is about 8-10 mins with luggage in tow. Breakfast was good if one prefers Japanese, and adequate if one prefers continental, including yoghurt, but with canned fruit. For the price, I'd say overall, the stay was a good deal and I would come back again.

The hotel is very close to the trainstation. The room was small (common in Japan), yet clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English. The hotel serves (Japanese) breakfast and drinks for free.

After looking for through internet which one hotel that we choose, i take this hotel beside another one hotel. I really happy with it. Good facilities, and services. Of course how their staff help us to find any information about Hiroshima, also how to reach any interrest places in this city. And the view of this city, I love it!

Great location to Hiroshima Station, with easy access to the tram links. Staff are very nice, welcomed us and gave us info regarding the best ways to travel around Hiroshima.

We actually changed our booking to stay for one night instead of two and the hotel dod not enforce any penalties, they were tremendously helpful and kind.

Our room was a small double, but for the price, it is amazing. We paid £40 for two people for one night and bed was comfy, free wifi, great bathroom with all amenities available for guests. They even provide pyjamas - just great. The water pressure was great. Only a little squeeze with two big travelling bags but no problem really.

Breakfast was included - nice, hot and basic. Everything you need! Would highly recommend.
