This hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the Hiroshima Memorial Park and then also to the Okonomiyaki village. There was no continental breakfast, but there was a small cafe downstairs or a restaurant with a breakfast buffet upstairs. Great service as they were able to put our bags aside since we arrived before check-in. The room was clean and more spacious for a Japanese hotel. We had a great view of the bay and some of the city. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Room Tip: ask for a room on the south-facing side -- great views

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. By Japanese standards (and any standard) this room and bathroom were huge and really comfortable. The location is really good, right by the Peace Park and the museum, it is also a 5 minute walk to a cable car stop and convenient to get around HIroshima and the surrounding areas. The staff was very professional and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel - great value!

Great hotel in a great location! The double bed rooms are small so I recommend getting the twin room as it's much more spacious. The breakfast is great for foreigners - lots of options! There is a pancake/coffee restaurant down stairs which is great for a lake night snack! Walking distance (15mins) to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial/Museum. Short walk (5-10 mins) to the busy shopping/restaurant area!

In plus:
Honestly everything:
- professional staff
- quiet and nice room (we took standard one)
- we got room on 24th floor with amazing Hiroshima panorama view
- great location - close to Peace Memorial

In minus:
- nothing...and I mean it!

Room Tip: High floors room have amazing view.

Great location. Within walking distance to Peace Park, Atomic Dome etc.,.
Staff are friendly and courteous. They were helpful when asked questions about train timetables.
Our room was small but not tiny. It was very clean.
Bathroom amenities included razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste, cotton buds, hair brushes, shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Air conditioner was noisy and clunked on and off.
We woke up to no hot water this morning. Not sure if the tap in the room is broken or...
Pillows are awful. One is filled with plastic beads and the other is filled with hard fibre. Not at all conducive to a good night's rest let alone sleep.
My husband didn't mind it but I would not want to stay here again. Your call.
