I have chosen to focus on the positives which include -
Staff
The staff who assisted us is great and are wonderful examples of Malaysian Hospitality. Warm, effable and interacting with them makes you feel welcome and special. Credit was be given to Derlan, Irwan from the Bell desk, you guys deserve a special mention for your efficiency and attitude towards work. Keep it up guys. Doing a great job. Kimi from the spread restaurant should also be acknowledged for wishing us well and holding the door open for us while I was pushing mum in a wheelchair.
A raising star must surely be Ms Leng Shyin from the front desk. Although just a trainee, she handled our check in and out process like a seasoned professional and never failed to wish us well and to have a good day whenever we past her desk. Positive interactions like this make our day. She has a promising career ahead of her if she keeps this up and I sincerely hope management takes note of this feedback and make an effort to give her permanent staff status.
Proximity to shopping centre and transport
Gardens mall, Mid valley mall, LRT, MRT station are just a few minutes walk away that can take you almost everywhere in KL. No need to say more.
