I chose this cooking class by checking out previous TA reviews and was very happy to have chosen this one. From start to go, the group of 14 were entertained and assisted by Ana, Bie & Harjet (sorry). The market trip was an eye opener, and much cleaner than wet markets that I've seen in the past. Little samples along the way were always welcome, and a pleasant surprise. The setting for the cooking class was in a beautiful authentic Malay house (kampung?), on the edge of a jungle. Every care was taken to make our day special and Ana's care and enthusiasm was catching. The house is set up very well for cooking, with every effort made to keep us cool in the humidity...even cold towels for our necks. At the end of the day, we feasted on fabulous Beef Rendang, Prawn fritters, cucumber & coconut cooked salad and delicious coconut balls. I don't think I'll be eating tonight:) Thank you Ana and all your wonderful girls.
