Manhattan hotel is very conveniently located next to TTDI station, with ready access to MRT/train. Check-in was uncomplicated, but be aware there is requirement for MYR100 cash deposit on check in. Rooms were deluxe queen with window.. and it's smaller than photos appear. Nonetheless, everything was immaculately arranged so that you have everything - a place to hang clothes, a desk to work, coffee/tea and kettle, and a safe. Efficient aircon, a little noisy, but kept it cool. The shower / bathroom area is separated from the room by a translucent glass screen. Rainfall shower was pleasant, but you will always wet the bathroom area after showering. Room would be quite cramped for two persons, but your mileage may vary. Was comfortable for one person. Window overlooked the side of the building next door, but was fine. Overlooking the main road is likely to be noisier. Lifts are a little slow, and dining area at lobby looks deserted, so best to avoid breakfast inclusive options. Noise intrusion from corridor and neighbouring rooms was obvious, so it depends on your luck. My main reason for points deduction was the room smelt musty (a little bit like blocked drains), and couldn't get rid of it. Otherwise, smells aside, reasonable enough for a short stay. But get the larger room, with window if possible, and check prices of hotels nearby.
