Saturday, 30th March 2019.
• Arrival
We arrived at 12:30pm and was greeted by friendly bell men who initiated the warm hospitality by showing the traditional Malaysian gesture. We felt welcome and were looking forward for more.
• Entrance
The purpose we went there is to look forward for a decent lunch and the moment we entered the hotel, those who was at the Front Desk greeted as well. Bare in mind, they were approximately 30 meters away. Very eye catching and heart warming to be greeted such.
• Dining
Welcomed again, by the stunning hostess who greeted us and walked us to our table. Thank you, Lareina. We enjoyed our luncheon and the atmosphere and the surroundings is fantastic! Modernize and I believe it outshine most of the big hotels in Kuala Lumpur.
• Food
Value for money as they have many choices to indulge in. Friendly chefs to assist you on recommendations and help you to plate your food too at the buffet line. Consistent replenishing and buffet cleanliness were visible. Great work by fellow Buffeter and the rest to put on a top notch restaurant management. I also would like to thank Hui who was consistent on refilling our water and ensuring we are well taken care of. On a side note, again the beautiful hostess (Lareina) ensured we are indeed having a good time by asking is there anything else we need and etc. Thank you for serving us the Malaysian Speciality ‘Teh Tarik’.
• Gesture Of Goodwill
Since it was our first time there and the hotel is still new, we were offered a site inspection tour of the hotel. It was really great and we look forward to visit there again.
