The room was large and had some nice features-USB ports, nice tea and coffee station. It is nearby a monorail station and there are some good restaurants walkable but the area/KL in general is not the easiest to navigate(lack of crosswalks, sidewalks cracked and lots of motorbikes everywhere). There are only 2 elevators so it can take forever for the lift to come. My biggest complaint is that although the hotel says it has a beer garden, roof bar, restaurant none of it was ever open during our 4 day stay. Even the coffee shop and convenience store would randomly be closed or you would stand there waiting and no one would ever come to wait on you (I stood in the coffee shop for over 5 minutes one day and no one ever came to help me). Because the hotel is tucked away our grab driver had some trouble finding it which added travel time. I would recommend staying in the KLCC area where they have bridges for walking and there is more stuff around.
