They serve good food & service. Even though the dishes are not 100% Hakka but it is still delicious. The only thing the restaurant need to improve is :-
1. Communication during reservation, we are a group of 10 pax, and the restaurant informed us that due to the current Covid19 MCO a table of 10 pax is not allowed so we will have to split into 2 tables, therefore all the dishes have to be x2, some common sharing food cannot be serve in different table. Therefore I'd made a wide range of selection based on each individual's preference and decide who sit on which table so that the restaurant can serve the right dish to the right person. On the day of event, one of us couldnt make it and the pax reduced to 9 pax. The restaurant then said we are able to sit on the same table and cancelled the food I ordered earlier on, we will have to spend at least 10mins to re-select the dish. Whats the different between having to have a 9 seaters & 10 seats on the same table?
2. Sequence of serving the food is not in order, the restaurant seems like rushing into everything, 4-5 dish being serve at the same time. It is a traditional Chinese restaurant that serve Chinese dishes that is suppose should be in orders, but the restaurant is rushing it, which made the table having insufficient space to place on more dish, and the waiter & waitress are rushing us to finish our foods so that they can rush out for the other foods as well. Lol
These are the 2 main points that needed to be improve, shall visit again. But recommend to double & triple confirm with the reservations because they always have serious communication breakdown between the reservations & the kitchen.
