Visited Pinchos, a truly great tapas bar and restaurant yet again.
This time around,we had the usual padron pimentos ( kind of chilli ) a serving of iberico harmon, some gambas ( prawns in olive oil ), lamb chops, some olives ( green and maroon ) and some lovely slices of bread to dip in the gambas. The lamb chops lived up to expectation and the padron pimentos was delightful as usual.
The service was, as usual superb, and got to meet Ronnie, the friendly and knowledgeable manager as well as Reyal, the equally friendly supervisor. The Carlsberg beer was smooth and wonderful.
Noted that the prices of some of the dishes we like to order have gone up quite a bit.
Overall, it was an enjoyable outing in a familiar place. The tapas outlet still attracts quite a following and I would rate it consistently as one of the best in the city.
