Pros- Hotel offer good value for money and hope further improvement can be made to iron out some minor kinks. As it is still rather new, barely half a year, understand that some areas might still be ironing out. Conveniently located near Eco city, the garden and mid valley mall with a rapid transit station all under 10 mins walk away. Facilities like gym and pool overall good value for money. Service standards excellent and this is what standouts for me during my 5 nights stay. Kudos to all service staff, esp those stationed at Cascade lounge for making my stay a pleasant one
Cons- Location still obviously under development currently and kinda off the track a bit. Connections to nearby rapid transit station and shopping malls takes a bit of figuring out, esp during the night. But once get use to it no prob, just that pathway still surrounded by construction barricade. Hopefully will complete by end 2023.

Stay here twice. First time gave us a room which was freezing. Second time gave us a room which felt like a sauna room. Asked for a change took a long time. Reason was the managers took their time to check out which rooms had no faults but by the time we switched rooms it was past 11pm. Next mid the managers wrote a lovely note to apologize and gave us a box of chocolate. Kudos to the staff. The lack of star belongs to the building. I think it’s the fault of the developer who did a bad job on the air conditioning system. Can’t adjust. But really appreciate the staff in trying their best. Thank you
