This is a nice hotel and one of the newer ones too. The lobby is big and impressive and to be honest you don’t see many hotels with the lobby of this size. The overall decor is nice and I like it. Staff are friendly and makes you feel welcome too.

Car park is a bit far and the nearest car park is not covered which is not good especially if it is raining. Or when it is really hot and your car will be really hot too. The covered car park you will need to walk further. The hotel do provide a buggy service to take you there if needed. I would prefer a car park that is in the same building at the hotel.

Room is spacious enough but my golf course view room is only partial view because I was assign the first room closest to the lift. Just a small tip if you want to better view do ask the staff to give you a room further from the lift are and you should have a better golf course view room. The internet to my surprise, the hotel only offer 6 hours free! Why is it not free throughout the stay? Anyway the wifi wasn’t that good because when I was watching you tube there was buffering once a while.

Breakfast is good and I think food is quite delicious. The ambience and decor in the restaurant is nice and I really like it.

The hotel is not within walking distance to anything in particular. So you will need to drive out to the nearest mall nearby which is Starling, 3damansara or One Utama.

Overall I would say this is one of the better and newer hotels. If you want a hotel where it is easily accessible to shops or cafes then this is definitely not the hotel for you.

Brand new hotel that's hard to fault. Beautiful rooms, friendly service.
If I had to name any gripe it's that the MRT station is right next to it, but there is realistically no way to walk there.
While the hotel provides a punctual, friendly and free shuttle service at 8am, 2pm and 6pm, the van then had to drive 5km down the highway before U-turning and going almost all the way back just to get to the station. We'll never solve climate change this way.
Malaysians might be addicted to cars, but not all foreign visitors are, so if you want to attract them why not build a path to cater to them?

Room tip: Don't stay here just because you think it's easy to get to the MRT - it isn't.

Chanced upon this hotel early in November and realised they are a pretty new property. Absolutely fell in love with the concept and the photos looks exactly as they are in real life!

Stayed in Superior Room and upgraded my stay to an Executive Suite on my last 2 nights - no regrets!!! The Executive Suite is a MUST TRY!! Spacious room, amazing bathtub, great view!

Location is excellent as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of KLCC and Bukit Bintang but they’re only a 10-15 mins drive away!

The breakfast has the most variety of food available amongst the hotels I’ve stayed in KL! Definitely a must to have breakfast at the property.

Amenities are great for families! They have pools with slides, also a kids’ club that has an indoor playground for kids to play in!

Obviously, with it being a new property, there is a lot of room for improvements but i have been assured that these will be addressed! They value guests’ feedbacks!

Will definitely come back for my future stays in KL!

Room tip: Expect peak period traffic en route to the hotel

Urban resort as a manifesto, you quite feel like it. However, considering they are new, there are still some room for improvement.

Based on the other review, it is true that the resort lack personal touch/attentiveness from staff. No one at any point tried to hold the huge lobby door for us upon arriving or leaving. Made a request prior booking for a complimentary cake, was told that they will try their best. But none show up. Ask again upon checkin, they said they did not received any request (as they set for auto reply for all request). By right if your guest have enquire about it during any point of the stay, they can just make an effort to fulfill it. The stay is on a weekdays, we hardly see people around. How can such a simple request cannot be attended to. Kids club was also under maintenance during the stay (the ball pit and treehouse). Which wasnt announce in any of their platform. Its kinda misleading as you expect to use the facilities already and promised the kids. The kids club only consist of 5 books, a pack of lego and 2 tractor. It must be a joke.

However, putting aside the treament, the resort is well thought. Pool with slide and jacuzzi is a rejoice. Plenty of sun lounger. The ID itself is on another level. My eyes has been feasting. Room is comfortably sized. Staff at the pool has the best attitude. Accomodating, always available and courteous.

Breakfast selection is massive, endless. You wont leave the resort hungry. And it was tasty. I would recommed you book the room with breakfast. No regret.

Overall, the resort is 5 star, but not the people.

Room tip: Avoid weekend stay.

Greeted with an amazing lobby area, spacious and comforting! It does makes you go "wow, this is nice".

Friendly and easy check-ins. However, it would be nice for the staff to open the huge doors for customers if they are around/close by the doors. In another words, a little more attentive would be great. And they should also let us park temporary close to the main entrance for check-in purposes rather than ushering us straight to the storey parking lot.

Stayed in the Standard Block View room which is pretty descent just a tad small but it was good for us since we were only staying for a night and weren't in the room a lot.

Loads of movies to watch if you're planning to just chill in the room. The breakfast is was quite good. I personally love the little cheese section and the pastry and bread section!

Overall, is a nice stay but their service & attentiveness could be improved.

Room tip: You can park your car close by and check-in first then move your car later on.
