When I first check in to travelodge, it was good experience. Now it is total disaster to see ants everywhere on the bed, bathroom, table etc. hope the management will do do something to control it before it gets worsen. We are travelers not happy to brings pets back to our home.

We were here with a large group of families . Rooms were inviting and the overall ambiance was good for a 3 to 4* hotel. Centrally located next to the LRT- Pasar Seni which makes it convenient to get to any location.

Petaling Street and Masjid India is also within walking distance. Bukit bintang , Sentral , KLCC, Mid Valley are always a few LRT stops away.

We had an evening flight and the reception staff was kind enough to give us additional time to check out .

The only negative i must mention is that we were charged tourism tax on arrival. We made mention that Agoda bookings specifically state all taxes are included. However the hotel was insistent we pay it. We did pay it ,however they did refund us the amount the same evening.

Recommend taking the larger rooms if travelling with family.

Overall pleasant stay.

Came back to this hotel for the 2nd time because of how impressive i am with the hotel room back in 2019 when i visit KL with my husband!

Took the same room type w balcony but this time we were given the room 201.

Kinda love hate that room because opposite our room is like an "abandon room" w the door wide open and the paranoid in me is such a scaredy cat!

Balcony i felt is like slightly smaller but worst part is that the door were unable to lock hence we had to use my reusable tote bag, rubber bands to modify it to ensure the door stays lock bcs during our first night the balcony door open slightly!

BUT altho our room was facing the train platform, it is not noisy at all and for a light sleeper me? I slept really well!

Will i come back to the hotel room again? Maybe if i want a cheap hotel just for sleeping in, eat at nearby mamak shop or cafes hopping for brunch!

Room tip: AVOID ROOM 201 at all cost

Modern, medium-price hotel with amazing location in Chinatown of Kuala Lumpur. One metro stop away from the central train station of Kuala Lumpur (KL Sentral), four stops away from the most iconic place of the city (Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC).

While waiting for her visa she stayed From 21/2/23 til 28/2/23 in Room 411 my sister just told us what she’s really experienced in travelodge and particularly that room. creepy room she’s not feel comfortable felt like someone is there.. aside from that the heater only works at early in the morning after that there is no water heater.. service is really bad and housekeeping never do the job properly not even top up the amenities such as coffee water tissues.. even not sweeping the floor properly and has a stinky towel. From frontdesk to housekeeping is negative.
