I came down to Kuala Lumpur for a business trip. Chose to stay here for the location which was very near to the office I was visiting. It was fairly convenient as the MRT station was a few meters away. But in terms of service, yes housekeeping came to clean the room...but they didn’t change the bed sheets. Which in my opinion was a bit weird considering that I was staying there for 3 days.

During our stay here, there was heavy rain and our room had a leak! For goodness sake! Rain came in from the window. Called for maintenance and they came right away and fixed the leak. We were offered a new room but we didn’t move cause we had unpacked and didn’t want the hassle of changing rooms.

Staff were nice and welcoming but I guess the place is in dire need of a facelift or a bit of renovation if they want to stay on top of their game and maintain their star rating.

The facilities are really good with the lowest price I could get. Services provided are great. Helpful people everywhere. Food is okay, the hi-tea package is the boom, really love it. Lastly, the bathtub is the best and my nephews love it... 😍

environment really comfortable and cozy especially if coming with child.
food is good. coming for hi-tea and the server recommend if want to add on for juice or any beverage that can be drink by my 11months baby.
price is super duper affordable. RM18 for 2pax hi-tea and this kind of hotel with this type of environment. where else to get right?

Terbaik...bilik selesa dan bersih.. Toilet pun bersih.. Service 1St class...staff sgt helpful...hotel tempat strategik... Makanan best..Definitely will come again..very recommended..keep it up.. Till we meet again..

Staff rude, room dirty, linen dirty, breakfast laughable and management just didn’t care. Gave it a 1 for location that’s all it’s worth in my opinion, worst hotel I have ever stayed in and it wasn’t cheap either.
