We stayed at the Grand Hyatt KL for my birthday weekend. We booked club lounge room with the twin tower view. The service was good and excellent. The staffs was so nice and helpful. However , when we were having drinks at the club lounge , grand club , there was a group of guest making mess and noise. It was bizarre because club lounge was supposed to be quite and relaxing. And no staff have the courtesy to say something to the group to slow down the Noise. As soon as the group left , the Lounge was at peace and very quite for god sake. There was no proper napkin , fork & knife for the dinner in the club lounge on every table. The food is always run out before it’s time. The ambiance of the lounge is not exclusive at all. I wasn’t impress at all. There is no exclusive value to your club lounge. You should send your staffs to the others club lounge like mandarin oriental or ritz Carlton to see how club lounge is supposed to look like. You need to step up your standard for club lounge. Anyway , special thanks to Mawi for the great service and birthday cake and the gifts. Me and my partner appreciate them very much. So the conclusion is the services and the staffs were excellent but the club lounge , you need to do something about it. It’s not worth the money.

I had a great time at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, all the staff were very friendly and helpful but I would like to mention special thanks to Asim who helped me a lot and at times went that extra mile to assist.

Stayed from 16-19 Sep 17. Not coming back. Will stick to St Regis, Ritz and the upcoming W and Four Seasons for next KL getaway. Everything written about the Grand Hyatt KL is a scam. Staff were either unprofessional or completely inept at their job.Never had to experience these kinds of nonsense and lapses at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Epic regret staying at Grand Hyatt KL.

Exceptional staff and service - made to feel at home from the moment we were picked up at the airport. Food delicious. Hotel is right in the city, close to two main shopping centres and attractions. Highly recommended!
