Front desk staff and restaurant staff are ok, but staying in this hotel you might face a fact of an extremely aggressive money extortion from their ground floor guard. After bringing luggage upstairs (all was happening in the middle of the night) he wouldn't let to close the door of the room till he got paid 30 ringgit as a tip! He was just standing there not letting to close the door with his hand outstretched insisting on money. It's terrible and totally aggressive. If you can't tolerate that never stay in this hotel!

Good location for us, close to monorail and free city bus. Interesting part of the city away from the big shopping malls (but easy to get to them if you want to).
Very good service eg. helped to secure parking space outside hotel, cool drinks offered on arrival, good local knowledge.
Room clean, modern and well set out.
Rooftop restaurant available, but we chose to eat at street stalls which are plentiful all around hotel.

Nice hotel & rooms, but does not have a restaurant. The room and facilities were clean. The request for an extra bed was accepted. Can't comment on the parking, because I used Uber and LRT for city commute.

We stayed two days only, tks god. To start the location is terrible! Worst place I have ever stayed. Only I booked because it was elected best cheap hotels in Malaysia, still do not understand why. Room until it ok, despite the noise, the windows are not soundproof, the bathroom is tiny with no box. The breakfast, surcharge is a disappointment. The hotel staff is no a little friendly, except for the head chef. And to top it off, my husband forgot to necesserie him in the room bathroom with perfume, razor. Send message on the day of check out, no one answered us. We called the next day, asked to call back later. They told us they did not find anything in our bathroom. Obviously left in the bathroom, we left straight from Crossroads to our other hotel and we saw that was not in our stuff. How can a necesserie disappear ??? I honestly do not know why this hotel is rated good and even less why the 3 stars. I give a one star

Actually i stayed here for 4 times.

Service
Staff are friendly, One occasion i have to switch room because i book 2 nights separately i went over to the counter and their manager help me to settle it before i ask them why do i need to switch rooms. There is one occasion the cleaner just came into my room while i was sleeping okay is my fault that i did not lock the door but they should have make sure that someone is in the room.

Amenities
Limited parking space i think there is 4 or 5 lots only. Security guard is watching your cars at the ground floor but sometimes they might be sleeping. Hair dryer need to asked from the reception, Iron your clothes outside of the room. They have free drinks at the reception. Some toliet need to be renovated. The toliet is clean but if u see the corners some water/don't know whatever stains are there.Air condition is okay as well. Hot water shower is available anytime. Mineral water will be replace if you ask them to clean your room. Sound proof of their room is very bad. Light sleeper good luck to you sound proof of their rooms sucks. I heard people moaning at midnight maybe their are having a good time hahaha, If you choose a room that is with window, you will hear the traffic sound. So trick is get a room without window and wish no one moan during midnight. But if you wan a well ventilated room of course take the room with window if you can accept the noise from the traffic.

Location of this hotel
The location of this hotel is damn good where can you find a hotel that is so near the monorail? convenient stores are around the hotel.

Price is good ard 30sgd per night to stay in this hotel i do not mind.
