Good quality expected from a hotel, sashimi served was fresh, however the beef teppanyaki is just average. Pricing is on a higher end, would have get something more quality on the same pricing outside of the hotel.

We stayed in the Intercontinental Hotel and decide for convenience to try it. The drinks are very expensive the service was ordinary, we were served, I think by the Manager and she was preoccupied with everything but us. Interested in what was happening around us and very brisk and sterile. The food for my wife and I was cold when served and the vegetables arrived well after we received our main courses. It was the only course we received
hot.

Visited alone for dinner as stayed in the hotel. Service impeccable. It is not cheap but portions were very generous. Beautiful clam miso soup, edamame and agedashi tofu. The maki I got was huge but sadly drowsed in too much mayo. Otherwise lovely place. Good for business dinners and friend get togethers. There were a number of single travellers, I was made very welcome.

We decided to celebrate our friends birthday in Tatsu last week and no doubt that the food is nice even though limited of choices.

The waitress didn't informed that they going to charge for all the drinks that we've ordered. The charges is ridiculous and who the hell in the world will expect a buffet style restaurant will charge for the drinks. We will never go back again.

We just dined at Tatsu in the InterContinental for lunch yesterday and had a delicious meal. There's a new chef and he presented excellent Japanese cuisine with a slightly modern touch. The codfish with bean curd is excellent and meat eaters should try the beef ribs - absolutely decadent. I appreciate a change in the usual green tea ice cream for dessert too. Here the thing to try is the chocolate tart with yuzu - yum!
