A kind of modern ZOO with birds flying almost freee under the big nets. Good place to make some close up photographs or just walk around and admire the nature. Insects might be a problem,,,

My daughter loved being able to roam freely among the birds and I love that most of the birds are not captive in cages. The facility is well maintained and the birds look healthy.
Their little cafe is also pretty decent, good local food at fair price considering the location - they also had buffet at incredible value that featured lock Malay food, that's what we opted for and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The Bird Park is a nice tourist attraction for all ages, where birds basically roam cage free throughout the park. The park has a variety of different birds, ranging from flamingoes, owls, and peacocks. The park itself takes about 2 hours at most as it's not that big. I suggest going to the park early in the day to avoid as much of the heat and mosquitos as you can. The location is also ideal as there's a lot of nice scenic views nearby and it's close to several other tourist attractions, including the Islamic Museum of Arts.
Went there with a few friends - it has a wide variety of birds but wasn't really blown away by the place. Probably a better fit for kids or families in my opinion.
It's good place to visit with children. It's nice to experience to interact with some birds face to face. My nieces and nephew enjoyed it very much.
The bird show wasn't very interesting though.
Would recommend wearing long trousers and long sleeved top. we were bitten by insects a fair bit. Hornbills worth the visit
