“Exotic bird park!”
Reviewed 20 April 2017 via mobile

I'm scared of birds/flying creatures in general so this was very nerve wracking for me but braved it as the husband really wanted to go and it actually wasn't so bad! There are many birds flying/walking around but it's not like they come to attack you. Lots of good photo opportunities and there are a decent number of caged birds to look at too. Various feeding and entertainment shows go on throughout the day but we didn't manage to be close to a time slot and it was too hot to wait around. Regular toilets and snack stations which are essential for cold drinks or ice lollies to help cool down. Also bird feed available for those braver than me and some photo opportunities with parrots on your head and shoulders. Some paths are winding and sloping so non slip footwear would be comfortable. Good way to spend a couple of hours! (and my bird phobia might be cured...)

“Fine for a short visit”
Reviewed 20 April 2017

It was very hot so walked around quite quickly. Park was nice, birds were lovely. The restaurant had a good looking menu but was unfortunately was packed out. Enjoyed our visit albeit it being quite brief.

“Worth just a visit”
Reviewed 20 April 2017 via mobile

You got to remember that in kl its raining almost everyday. If that's the day you end up at kl bird park then your experience will be hampered but otherwise its a nice little pass time with flamingos, parrots and other birds to see. You'll also be able to see monkeys overhead on the nettings.

Overall a pleasant experience of the park.

“Excellent Walk-in Bird Park”
Reviewed 20 April 2017

We were very skeptic to visit this as we planned to visit Jurong Bird park as well. But in the end was glad we visited and comparative to Jurong this one is excellent one and cost effective as well. Best part is to see the birds in close without they in caged.
