I had my wedding in Rama V 3 weeks ago. Basically I picked Rama V after reading the excellent food reviews and I wanted a wedding which is far different from the conventional table of 10 chinese wedding. Mr Zawoo and Ms Hazel handled the occasion and my requests in a very professional way. Both of them are very easy going and I'm certainly thankful to the both of you. Also kudos to the whole Rama V team for being just too professional and two thumbs up to the kitchen staff for cooking up a storm on that day

I opted for the Buffet Menu II which consist of a total of 15 items right from appetisers to dessert. We had thai fish cake and soft shell crab for appetisers, mango salad and seafood sald, green curry chicken, pandan chicken, sweet & sour fish, beef with pepper, grilled squid and mix vege for the mains. However the dessert water chestnut dumplings served was a bit too sweet for my taste bud. Being a thai food foodie myself; my wife as well as my family enjoyed each and every single dish served there. I didn't get to eat much as we are just to busy the other night.

We had our wedding ceremony at the restaurant's courtyard. A very picturesque location!

Didn't ate much since i had only pad thai kung with tom yam. Pad thai tasted kinda blend while the tom yam was delicious, strong, and cheap for a fine dining place. Service was slow. Had to wait around 15-20 mins for my drinks to be served, but the ambience covers it all. Enjoyed my dinner time and will surely be back.

This was my first time eating here, but we decided to go here after reading some of the reviews. Their appetizer is quite nice with a lot of variety (mango salad, minced chicken, white looking spring rolls, etc). The dishes there was not to bad either. We had the set for 6 ppl. There was fried fish, prawn, duck curry, and many more. The tom yam was good as well.

I enjoyed the food fairly well. Ambiance is good too.

A nice place to enjoy food. Love their appetiser , flower dumpling (minced chicken with peanut). Beautiful outlook with special taste. Mango salad was very appetising. Besides tomyum, I think I would like to recommend to order the red curry duck. It cook with lychee and green apple. It was so good. Will definitely visit again the restaurant. :)

Appetizers were the flower shaped dumplings and the fish cakes.
Mains began with the tom yam soup,.WOW!, flavorful and nicely presented with a huge prawn sticking out of the coconut (It's severed in a coconut).

We also orders the green curry, beans, mixed veg, steamed fish and chicken cooked (wrapped)in some leaves. All the items were great; to me the tom yam took the cake!
