I booked a last minute vacation with the wife and that's how we wound up here. I've booked in this complex on several occasions without any problems. I guess when you roll the dice enough times you're bound to come up empty. Beware of owner who doesn't meet you upon your arrival. We're talking about room 2801. Upon entering you can tell the place hasn't been rented for some time. It was hot, the refrigerator door was open, the AC's were struggling to come on, the cleaning lady's clothes were left lying around, the shower curtain was full of mold, the tub looked like it hasn't been cleaned for months, broken coffee maker, broken rice cooker, the internet was subpar. The biggest issue was the bedroom AC. After almost three weeks there it started making this noise which during the day was tolerable but at night was unbearable to a point where we had to turn it off and water was dripping from the AC to a point where we had to place a bucket to keep it from flooding the room.Thank goodness for the small fan there. The building management came over and was apprised of the situation. They told us they would notify Trevor the owner. What ever you do stay away from this unit. Don't be taken in by Trevor's twenty percent discount. Believe me, it comes with a price. As far as the cleaning lady is concerned, whatever she's being paid for, it's not for cleaning. We had to move the bed and found layers of dirt. I think the streets outside were cleaner.
