Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures and description online are all a lie. They put us in the oldest room in the hotel, apparently a d 'delux room', it was so dirty and dusty and very badly furnished. When we went to complain, the manager was so rude to us and walked away and did not listen to our concerns. Apparently some of the rooms are refurbished and that it what you see in the photos. The breakfast is not a 'buffet' they just dump some plates on your table in the morning, the first day there were ants in our bread basket and they waiter did not even apologise. Then they told us they couldn't provide an ironing board but the hotel offers a free ironing service, this was a lie as they tried to make us pay at check out. The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful and the service in general was abysmal. The state of the room was frankly disgusting and the bathroom was so bad that we did not even want to shower. NEVER STAY HERE!

Room Tip: If you HAVE to stay here although god knows why, try book a suite..

Stayed at Mavi for the first week in August. Had two rooms as we were a family of 5. First night of arrival we were put on opposite sides of resort after requesting rooms either connecting or next to one another (travelling with our kids) they do not have connecting rooms but after a lot of complaining one of our rooms was moved closer to the other the next night. Room on the left side of resort was very dated and needed to be updated. The rooms on the right of the resort where we stayed the remainder of the week were much nicer, spacious, and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and took great care of us and our rooms. Spent one day at the waterfront on the sunbathing platforms that are common along this strip of hotels and throughout Bodrum. Water didn't feel clean to me. I prefer more of a traditional beach and we travelled to other beaches in the area the remainder of the week. Zuma beach was very nice. Overall I would recommend Mavi but if your expecting luxury may not be the best pick.

Great location but except location everything could be better. We stayed 4 nights at this hotel.it was an average experience except location and beach. The foods were nice but drinks are so expensive comparing the other luxury hotels. During our stay nobody contacted with us from Guest relation to know if we are satisfied or not. Service and service team were nice but their pressure was not so nice to order something always extra, in fact it was distasteful therefore we preferred out of the hotel since this pressure and if you buy this hotel via internet sites you should be sure that the money will be taken from your credit card only once not twice!!! and payment will be done upon your arrival not in advance by the hotel front desk.

Türkbükü is the most trendy place with it's great restaurants and night life. And it is really hard to find a place you can both enjoy the fun of Türkbükü and can run away for a peaceful sleep as soon as you want by a couple of steps. Mavi Suite Hotel gives you the opportunity to do both...

Room Tip: The back rooms are more quiet.
