Rooms spacious clean towels every other day breakfast let's it down a little so we eat out for breakfast more variety and choice. Ans a good sized pool, friendly helpful staff at reception One draw back the owners had two young pups in a garden under the rooms we were staying and barked all day and night and never seemed to let out of the cage we expressed our concerns all In all we stayed 4 nights reasonable priced but fealt the dog sarga let it down

Stayed: October 2017

The majority of the staff here are very polite and friendly, and cant do enough for you.
The cleaning staff however not polite or friendly, in fact they don't even speak or smile at you. Even when you smile at them!
They haven't long been taken over by another hotel group so are going through a transition.
Overall pleasant enough in a beautiful location.

Terrible self catering, got fed up of complaining and it was not just us others had similar issues. The locals told us it was under new ownership this year and they simply do not either have a clue, or do not care. some of the issues were dealt with others left.
Having said that, if they upped their game we would stay here again, but not worth the risk at present, going elsewhere, we even looked at several options for next year, going in and asking, as the resort and locals are great.
Dirty
No kettle
No pots to cook with
No knifes and forks
No glasses
Half the lights did not work
No hot water half the time
Fridge broken
Shower broken, head fell out if not positioned just right and locking system for head broken.
Peeling paint, damage to room badly decorated.

Room Tip: Do not go.

My husband and I booked the hotel one hour before we checked in the hotel after a disappointing booking via booking.com to another hotel in Bitez where was unhygienic to stay there and was presented as a nice place to spend holidays.
Anyway we visited Queen Hotel and immediately the friendly staff kept our attention. The receptionist was a tall very helpful man who during our holidays he fulfilled our needs which we really appreciated!
Omar is another nice friendly family man who couple of days before we left we found out the he is the owner. He also made our stay in the hotel to feel welcome and relax! The swimming pool is one of the cleanest we ever have seen and also we noticed that every night members of Omar's employees were checking the swimming pool if was clean enough!
The room are big enough and well decorated! The food was tasty , no complains at all:-)
We recommend differently the Queen hotel if you wish to spend some nice days in Bodrum!

We had no problems last 2 years but this year was a joke,Balcony door was hanging off,but would not move us until the next morning and when we did get moved, our room was cleaned and bedding was changed once in the 2 weeks there, only because we complained and only got clean towels twice.
And as for the music, during the day was deafening,we were told the manager was a novice and first time and it clearly showed.
The new owners Costa have a lot of work to do to get Brits to stay here, the only good thing was the receptionist who was very helpful

Room Tip: All the rooms are ok but it was just the level of service and noise
