We visited this restaurant tonight for dinner and had a great experience. Dishes we ordered included Angel Hair Primavera, Chicken Marsala and spaghetti pomodoro as well as wine. The food was all delicious and served at the right temperature. Our dinner was made more enjoyable by the attentiveness and personality of our server Elisabeth.
She was energetic and pleasant and helpful with food suggestions.

Wife and I joined another couple for our first wine dinner at Carrabba's. It was wonderful. The set-up reminded me of eating out on tours, or maybe on a cruise ship, but with plenty of space for all the dinnerware. These dinners are 4-course meals, with a wine or drink paired to each course.

First course was a salad-type thing, rather unusual looking, but good, and paired with a fizzy white wine. The second course was prosciutto-wrapped shrimp over linguine, and was delicious, however we did not care for the rather dry white white. The third course was a 9 once filet with Marsala and mushrooms, and slightly-cooked broccoli; the steak was excellent but the broccoli a bit crunchy to our taste. The accompanying red, part cabernet wine, was the best of the evening. The last course was Carrabba's Chocolate Dream desert, with a Kalua-based liqueur, and was also excellent.

Wife and I usually share entrees when we eat out, and should have at this event. We left too full, and took part of a filet, a lot of broccoli and half the desert home. They were great as part of the next night's dinner, but next time we'll plan up front on taking a good part of the food home, and not feel so stuffed.

Overall.. Excellent !

Service was slow, salty food premade jar like taste. Pasta overcooked. Its the fast food for Italian. They should have a drive threw window. The sauces all have the same base, that's why they all have the same salty taste. Do yourself a favor and leave the wait is not worth it. Check out Daniels if Italian is what you are looking for.

Carrabba's had a special 4 course dinner with wines. It was such a nice romantic dinner. The wine selections were explained and paired perfectly with the courses. We can't wait until the next 4 course dinner at Christmas time. The food was excellent, as was the wine. The value was well worth the cost. The service was excellent.
