We were checking out an old building that years ago used to be the Okey Dokey drive through that had the best hamburgers and homemade French fries we ever had. It's gone but the building was still there. We are visiting Ada from another state. We noticed next to it a place called Water Boy! It looked like a big car wash. Drive in one opening and out the other. We wanted to know what it was so we walked over and spoke with the employees there. They explained it is like a convenience store with a deli. The customer drives in, the employee goes to the car and the customer tells them what they want. The customer never gets out of the car. If they want something from the deli the employee goes in to the back kitchen and prepares it....if they want a case of water or beverages the employee gets it off of the shelves and takes it to the car. We didn't use it but watched the cars coming through and spoke with the employees in between customers. There was no line of cars but several came through while we were there. I thought it was an interesting concept and they said it stayed pretty busy. Great for elderly or handicapped folks. I guess it would be good if one is in a hurry because they are fast getting the order and the car out. I don't know what all they sell but they had shelves with items on them....like a convenience store. It has a deli but it is not a restaurant.
