The only thing difficult about this trial would be the length for the elderly. This trail lacks in depth but for a trail located with in city limits it is recommended for those with friends of the canine variety...there is a tiny loop located at the end of the trail so the walk is basically a straight line to and from. The trail is well maintained and also decent for novice runners looking for a short 3.5 mile run.
The trail is about 1.75 miles long (3.5 total distance to end and back) and is not very wide. The brush is tall and the views are limited....but for a quick 25-40 jog/run, go ahead and enjoy this trail....better than running on the hard pavement roads!
