It was a clean hotel at a fair price. The overnight clerk Kayla was very friendly. My room was fine, but my colleagues room had the power out against the entire TV wall and he could not get the Wifi to work. I worked on his computer and thought it might be a that. It was not, as it worked fine at the Fairfield Corpus and the Courtyard San Antonio airport. A good tip is that there is a Boston's Sports Bar across the street. Good food and it is within walking distance.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were here for work and ended up needing additional nights. They helped out every step of the way with delivered packages, fresh cookies in the evening, and a decent breakfast. Yanine was particularly helpful and friendly to our crew.

Thanks to the hotel for a great stay.

The hotel is little older but not run down. I called that morning to request early check-in and they were able to accommodate. The front desk staff was very helpful and upon checkin alerted us that there were a couple basketball teams on the 2nd floor so we may want a room on the 3rd floor for reduced noise. They were helpful explaining the shuttle to the game and gave us an extra pillow and blanket upon request. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Only negative was the hot breakfast was a little iffy. Eggs and sausage weren't very good. Waffles and muffins were pretty good.

I would stay here again.

Used 2 free nights I had saved up to visit my son who is attending UTA this year. This area is full of hotels and surrounded by AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Stadium, and Six Flags. Lots to do in the area.

When we checked in the front desk clerk wasn't rude, but she was not particularly friendly either. I asked her a few questions and it seemed like she was either new or very flustered. None of the staff seemed helpful, friendly, or generally concerned about our stay. It shouldn't have been that difficult to answer a question about transportation over to the ballpark. The hotel was packed with high school kids attending some sort of event so it was loud and there was no opportunity for a room upgrade. The room itself was clean enough but somewhat outdated. Water pressure was OK but I found the pillows to be extremely uncomfortable. Overall I thought the whole experience was sub par and would definitely not stay here again.

We are Marriot gold star members and often try to stay in Marriotts using points. I will start with the best part. It was very close to six flags and we caught a free trolley to the park so we did not have to pay for parking. The bad part was there were hardly any linens (sort of felt like you were in Boy Scout camp). No blanket, comforter, and we each had one very flat pillow. You couldn't fill the tub (drain broken) and to top it all off a huge cockroach ran across the floor. I had never stayed in a Fairfield before and assumed it was similar to Hampton inn or Holiday inn express, but this was more like a really cheap hotel. I would not stay here again.
