One of the best cemeteries (there are several others in Austin as well) in the state. Great historical significance and beautiful grounds.

Attend the Memorial Day, July 4th, or Texas Independence Day ceremonies to get a lump in your throat and then tour the cemetery to see the graves of Texas' best.
