Husband and I celebrate our wedding anniversary been wanting to come to this theater for the first time! First impression was are we as a bad son nice love the set up grate for date nights. The pricing is little high $38 for two of us but that came with recliner seats blanket pillow server and popcorn! I loved the experience and was so relax watching the movie and the food we had was great! Not something we do all the time
To see a movie but for special occasions it's great!
Anandajean, We are so happy to hear that you and your husband enjoyed your anniversary with us! We hope to have you both back again soon.
I have visited this location on numerous occasions. The tickets are expensive but you are paying for the experience. If you get the deluxe seating, you are provided a super comfy chair, pillow, and blanket. The chair reclines so you can totally relax while watching the movie. It makes you feel like you are right at home. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. They also make some great margaritas! If you are looking for something fun to do and don't mind spending a little money this is the place for you.
Brandy, Thank you for your kind review! We hope to have you back soon.
Had a last minute date night with my wife last night so I bought tickets online at ipic. I will not be going back. The only seats left when I purchased tickets we in the so called premium seats section in front of the theater. The rest of the seats are called premium plus and those are the seats that recline and have waiters during the movie. There's nothing premium about the "premium" seats. With people coming and going with their own huge trays of food it just makes for a bad movie going experience. So you have to go to the counter to order food and drinks if you buy premium seats and the line is long, you get a pager when it's ready and have to wait in line again to pick up your food. I ordered a pizza, my wife some sliders, and we ordered the tater tots with bacon ketchup to share. The food was awful and so overpriced. The pizza reminded me of one of those frozen French bread pizzas but didn't taste nearly as good. The sliders were cold and bland. The tots were ok and they give you a large portion but you get enough ketchup for about 3 tots and you're not going to go ask for more because you will miss 30 minutes of your movie. I left feeling angry at the whole experience. For the price of a very nice dinner at a high end restaurant I felt ripped off.
My friend & I tried to do another activity but it was booked, so we decided to see a movie instead. We purchased the premium seating which including a lounge chair, pillow, blanket, & all you can eat popcorn. Speaking of food, with the premium seats they come with a server that delivers your food to your seat. If you need anything there is a small button you push & your server will appear. The menu is not extensive, but ok. They don't have your usual movie theater food (hot dogs, etc). I ordered the chicken fajita quesadillas & my friend got the 3 hamburger sliders. Mine was excellent & my friend's sliders were just so so. The popcorn is served while the trailers are going. The popcorn is not buttered, but your server will bring you a side of butter if you ask. Overall, it is expensive, but we enjoyed it. Recommend it!!
We tend to only see "big movies" here given the cost, but it is hard to not like the limited, assigned seating and service. Premium seating is like being in (good) first class, with adjustable, reclinable seats, a blanket and popcorn.
So this was my first iPic experience and I love the facility and the chairs! Other than that it was ridiculously overpriced! I get the prices would be higher but damn I paid $15 for 3 egg rolls, $15 for 4 pieces of flat bread pizza, and $11 for a piece of chocolate cake with not a scoop but a spoonful of ice cream. It was $55 including the 2 drinks for both of us... this is not including the $36 for the movie tickets. So basically our movie date night turned into $100.... and it wasn't worth it in my opinion. Now we paid for a membership that we won't probably use. Rather see a movie in a regular theatre and then go get dinner and drinks after.... it would be better quality for a lesser amount!
Hula,
We are so sorry to hear tat our menu options were not up to our usual standards. We will forward your complaints to our management team to help resolve the issue.
