This place is not too visible in the Kingstowne Plaza mall area but is worth looking for some nice French style food. My test for any French restaurant is the French Onion soup and this is very good in this restaurant. There is ample portion of onions in the dark soup with plenty of grated cheese spread over the top and nice bread in the center. It is not too salty or spicy for my taste. Was a good choice. There are plenty of items on the menu and the dessert select is very good. I was in a hurry so only had the onion soup and a creme brulee cheesecake. The creme brulee cheesecake was nice and refreshing after the onion soup. Made for a nice quick lunch. There are a lot of salads, sandwiches, crepes, pastas and other dishes as well that look very inviting and reasonably priced. I was surprised at the breakfast menu as well and this would be good place to start the day. The dining area is quite open, large tables, and good atmosphere created in the area. There is outside table area as well and this would be very nice for a warm fall day. Unfortunately, there is much of a view from the tables other than a KFC and Taco Bell. Overall a nice place and well worth returning to try more of the dishes that are offered.
