Our tour group got to stop here for a quick lunch and shopping stop. This is a large mall with lots of shopping and restaurant choices.

well if nothing else you'll get loads of exercise here !! Its a big mall - good selection of shops. Several big anchor stores like Macy's and Norstrum and lots of boutique stores and well known labels such as Microsoft, Super dry, Hollister, American Eagle, Apple and a good selection of food choices on the basement floor in the food hall Panera Bread, McDonalds, Philly Steak, Taco Bell and many more. It was busy today with loads of kids on spring break but while they love to congregate and block the landings (teachers take note !!) the stores were actually quiet. My DD loved the Lego store and the lads working there were so friendly and helpful - we were an hr in there !!! I like a wander around there especially on a wet day but its a bit pricey.

A very decent mall with high and low end stores. A Nordstrom anchor. For parking, we parked in the lot across the street to be able to shop and walk to many places and get some credit for parking after going to Costco. Very modern and open design, you can almost see what stores you want to shop in from a distance with the open area in the center of three floors. Bright and airy, not loud, maybe a bit dizzing for some people.

I travel to Washington DC fairly frequently and always stay at the DoubleTree Hotel in Crystal City. One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that it is in walking distance to one of the best malls I've been to in my life (and I've traveled extensively).

The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City has everything from Banana Republic and Macy's to Nordstrom and Henri Bendel, and across the street is Nordstrom Rack (what more could a girl ask for?!).

Behind the mall is also one of my favorite places to go - The Crystal City Shops. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from out there and an ice skating rink in the winter (along with an outdoor fireplace).

If you find yourself with some time to window shop, be sure to take a stroll through Nordstrom - it's one of the prettiest Nords that I've been in.

The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City will not leave you wanting for anything.

This mall is awesome. The food court sits on the lower level. They have everything to fill your appetite from Popeyes Chicken to Taco Bell. But then you can climb up to the fourth floor for some major shopping. It is huge. They have your regular retail stores along with some independent shops. Nordstrom and Macy's are your main department stores. The Ritz Carlton sits along side the mall with access directly to the hotel. The Metro can be reached from the lower level. The mall is so easy to walk, although you may get a little dizzy when looking down off the top floor. My only disappointment was I couldn't find a cookie shop. I really had a taste for chocolate chip cookies but there was no Mrs. Fields or Nestle cookie shop to be found. There is a small Starbucks. It's easy access for Uber riders. I will revisit on my next trip to D.C. Happy Shopping!
