This is really an ideal beach for kicking back. Note that both waves and current can be pretty rough at times.
Also note the perfect walk/run to Imbassai and back make about 12km. Note at low tide the sand is very hard and just PERFECT for barefooted runnig. My all time world wide favourite running strech is an early morning between Imbassai and Diogo (Santo Antonio).
A few good barracas on the beach as well. I do remember some outsanding polvo ala vinagrette
