This was by far one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever set foot in. The pictures on the website are taken to make the hotel look luxurious while it is completely in shambles. Once we checked in we were escorted to our room where the room number had fallen off the door- we should have known what to expect after that. The beds were filthy. Either the sheets hadn't been changed, or the staff simply reused stained sheets. We decided to try the extra blankets that were in the closet, only to find other people's hair in clumps in the folded up blankets. There was a gap underneath our front door large enough for a small animal to walk under. And the 'scenic city view' was obstructed by scaffolding. The room was so gross we couldn't even stay the night, and checked in to a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Poços. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone else under any circumstances.
