The rooms are spacious and the view is fantastic (I stayed on the 5th floor). VERY pleasant helpful staff -- especially Luis and Bruna -- but really everyone, from the chamber maids to maintenance and reception, dining hall and management were great!
The hotel is a bit away from the center of town (>30 minutes walk, a 20 real taxi, and a much cheaper bus, which I have never tried).
The buffet in the dining hall was good and tasty, especially the dessert table :)

We had a headache staying there. Front Desk staff poor. Events was a disaster. When we got there, no reservations found...after that events staff was too busy to talk to us. After all, only excuses and nothing close to what we paid for. Ibis is much better!
