If you are looking for a family hotel, stay at this place. My daughter enjoyed this place because there were activities for her the whole day. The children entertainment team is fabulous.
The food is just great. There were a lot of veg and non-veg options. A lot of variety for everyone. The meat was tender . You could get the drink of your choice at the bar. Draft beer was fantastic. Waiters were polite and always eager to serve you.
Desserts were fresh and delicious.
Reception staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff kept the hotel neat and tidy.
We are definitely going to indicate to our friends and family.

The hotel lists having a activities for kids. In short this is not true. We booked this hotel as we thought they would have a mini disco for the kids before the evening entertainment. We've done it on previous holidays and our two kids love it. They have a mini disco one night a week. So if your looking for a hotel where your kids will have something to do other than go swimming book somewhere else.

I stayed at Golden Park for 10 days in August 2017 attending a chess event. The hotel is overall ok. The all-inclusive option at the restaurant is quite acceptable. The problems at the hotel: there is mold in the bathroom ceiling, dead insects stuck to the walls (2 in my room). Also, one cleaning lady took some small items from my room. When I complained to the front desk, the manager refused to accept that and told me that this did not happen. The cleaning lady went through my drawers when this was clearly not in her job responsibilities. I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received in this hotel. Most of the staff do not speak any English so communication was a problem as well. I would not recommend this hotel, mainly because of the attitude of the management staff when I told them about the theft from my room. If you decide to stay anyway, I would suggest you hang the 'Do not disturb' sign on your door and only let cleaning personnel in when you are around.

I spent the "Tiradentes" holiday with my family in Pocos de Caldas and we had a great experience in Golden Park Hotel. The all-inclusive system worked very weel, even for a busy hotel in a holiday and I can say that we didn't get any sort of delays in our meals or even in the bar during our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good, but my daughter could enjoy the kids swimming pool. We preferred to go to the closed ones and enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Thanks the staff for providing a good service to us.
