Fantastic help from front desk TIAGO is the man!
Helped arrange transport, food when we returned after 2 weeks (yet were not staying the same night).
Good food.( I'd drink bottled or treated water anywhere in Brazil or Argentina BTW.)

the hotel is about 10 minute drive from the airport. the check in is very easy but you have to check in by 3 pm even if they have room ready. Or you pay early check in fee of $30 (?). we did not and store our luggage at the front desk and went out to Iguazu fall. the room is ok - old and a bit out of repair but it is ok. the bathroom is really old and need serious renovation. the restaurant offer buffet and menu dine in. overall, you don't come to enjoy resort -sightseeing is the priority and in that sense, this is an ok hotel

Room Tip: second floor - lower floor was said to have smells

We started off our South America trip by staying here. Location is good, close to both the airport and the falls. The rooms are okay for what you pay for but our bathroom shower somehow always floods the sink area... not a huge problem though.

The best part of our stay here was the breakfast. It is easily one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever encountered on my SA trip. The bread selection is massive, and the fresh fruits were DELICIOUS. Really cannot stop thinking about the papayas! For that, this hotel is well recommended.

A great find as a hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights so we could spend 3 full days at the waterfalls.

The hotel was really nice and the bedrooms had all we needed.

We ate in the restaurant every night - as its easy doing that with kids and we had the a la carte and buffet options and both were good.

The pricing was pretty reasonable for everything

The pool was lovely too and we would often retire there at the end of the day to let the kids have a splash around.

Would 100% use this hotel again when we return

The staff were lovely, both at the desk and especially in the restaurant in the evening

IGUAZU FALLS - which in Guarani Indian language means "Big water" - are waterfalls of the Iguazu River on the border of the Argentine province of Misiones and the Brazilian state, however, most of the falls are on the Argentine side. The breathtaking view of the Iguazu Falls more than compensate for the quality of the rooms. The rooms are clean but without any charm. Bathrooms are real tiny, with just the necessary amenities. The service is excellent and the food is average. This is our (my wife and myself) second stay, and the overall level has gone down a little since our first stay in November 2015. However, it is still a convenient place to stay, if you came for only a few days. The advantage to this hotel is the proximity to the gorgeous Iguazu Falls.
