The hotel, its 7 pools, the closeness to the beach, and the locations nearby (wich includes natural pools in the sea with fish swiming around you), made our family vacations fun, easy, and unforgetable.
Viva hotel is great, not perfect, but still great. Has some issues with the entertaining offer for kids/adolescents, and it lacks the timming with the room services (as the room should be cleaned earlier in the morning).
Howerever, the overall experience is wonderfull and definitely a place to go back.

Food just ok. A bit too oily, too much starch and flour on everything. Too heavy. Barbecue a bit burnt or raw, never on right point.
Room could be better, had the impression it was old although it was not. Always missing towels... we were 4 and had to order for towels almost every single day.
No extra bed covers, I was cold during the night.
Location is very good. Good, clean beach. 1Km away from natural pools.

it was a busy time for me . i went here for meeting . but when i heard about you . i was happy . and really i got a nice and memorable experience here. front office staffs was very very help fully . i got much information about city about hotel and much more. thanks to all . and how much is your comfort is for me . i can’t write!!!!!!
